Oracle Cards

Your Soul Session Journey will begin with choosing 3 Oracle Cards to set the scene. I will then call in our Angels, Ancestors and Spirit Guides to offer protection and guidance for the session.

Sound & Healing Oils

I ground your energy to calm the nervous system with sound & healing oils. I work around your physical body to cleanse your Aura of any negative attachments and to prepare you for receiving healing energy.

Dowsing Crystal

Working with a dowsing crystal will show me which Energy Centres (Chakras) are out of alignment. I am then guided to place Crystals on the 7 Chakras with the intention that the vibrational field of crystals will connect in with your energies, helping to transmute unwanted negativities into positive momentum.

Reiki

Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy and I will channel through this healing energy to your body with energy received through my hands. You will receive a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.

Guided Meditation

And now, as you are feeling grounded in this healing cocoon I will be guided by Spirit to take you on a guided meditation to delve deeper into the purpose of your life, reclaiming any lost parts of you from lives past so that you can move through any challenges you may be facing in this life.
